冬日喫茶時光．TORIO 喫茶店
觀塘工業區向來不乏咖啡店，工廈林立卻隱藏不少特色小店。
‘It’s sad I know, when the good time have to go.’ 酒吧桌旁的黑膠唱片機放著1979年Duncan Sisters 黑膠唱片的Sadness In My Eyes，輕快樂聲隨著黑膠碟的脈絡自然流動，空氣裡夾雜著咖啡香氣。黑膠的魔力源於每一秒都獨特，不跳格，不回放，大概跟手沖咖啡一樣，時間與溫度每秒都在衝擊着味覺。心情跟隨原始的音樂回到70年代，有點像村上春村筆下的「傑氏酒吧」，日式、懷舊、唱片與咖啡。
“「抬頭隨手一拍，拍出來的風境，是屬於那刻的回憶。喫一口咖啡，一口PANCAKE，送走了2020。」”
甫走進店，迎接客人的是簡約懷舊木桌，茶色的皮沙發卡座，半透明玻璃配上金色粗體字寫著「COFFEE TEA AND CAKE」，彷如置身日本小巷茶座：簡單直接，送來一杯咖啡一件蛋糕。
TORIO 喫茶店藏身鬧市中心的寧靜角落，入口埋沒於工廈停車場之間。正因為位置不易找，卻令訪客尤如置身日本的悠閒小巷。日本的「喫茶店」其實就是咖啡店，在日本開業需要申請「喫茶店營業許可」，提供咖啡、紅茶、輕食。
TORIO 想帶給客人的，大概就是「COFFEE TEA AND CAKE」的優閒簡約。
Kwun Tong was an industrial district in the previous millennium. Nowadays, Hong Kong is transferring into a creative economy and various industries step into the industrial buildings including cafes.
TORIO cafe is hiding in Kwun Tong Mai Hing Industrial Building. It is a japanese style cafe serving not only coffee and desserts but japanese teas. Furthermore, the decoration and the music playing in the shop bring customers back to a 70s Japan cafeteria, like a scene in Murakami’s fiction.
